Cabin rooms in the rainforest

Rios Lodge is an intimate, remote, rainforest lodge with a mix of Suites, Deluxe Rooms and an all new Eco Rooms complex that is bunkhouse lodging for groups and families. Our award-winning, rainforest resort is off the grid with hydro-powered electricity. Our Suites and Deluxe Rooms have private bathrooms, hot showers, fully screened windows, and covered porches. Our Eco Rooms lodging has 8 separate bunkrooms each containing 4 sets of bunkbeds for 8 total beds, gender-specific shared bathrooms with private showers, and a communal lounging area and covered retreat deck – perfect for groups of up to 64 people. All lodging rooms include linens, towels, and eco-friendly shower toiletries. Regular 3-prong electrical outlets are in all rooms.

Our lodge packages include your room, your breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, transportation to/from San Jose, fully guided hiking or rafting into and out of the lodge, and all adventure activities & experiences at the lodge. Included meals are lunch and dinner on your arrival day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on any additional full days at our jungle resort; and breakfast and lunch on your departure day. High and Low Season: Pricing for rooms varies per high and low season. Your rates will reflect high or low season pricing based your selected dates at checkout.

High Season (HS): November 16 through March: June through August.
Low Season (LS): April through May: September through November 15.

WIFI: There is limited satellite WIFI available at the lodge in the dining pavilion common area. There is currently no WIFI in any of the rooms at our rainforest resort. Please plan accordingly. You can call out on Whatsapp, no problem, but you won’t be able to power download or upload heavy work files. Besides, you’re on vacation, right?!

CREEKSIDE FAMILY SUITE- Cabin 12

Directly overlooking the creek, our totally renovated Creekside Family Suite includes a private, covered porch and screened doors overlooking the creek. The suite includes one room with 2 twin beds and an adjoining room with 1 king bed. Great for families. Enjoy a walk-in shower with full window views of the river and all the amenities of our Deluxe Rooms. Lodge packages include rooms, meals and how you access the lodge (rafting, hiking or raft/hike). HONEYMOON SUITE - Cabin 18

Directly overlooking the Pacuare River and secluded away from the other buildings, our Honeymoon Suite includes a private, covered riverside deck with sitting area & hammock. The Suite’s covered deck area is almost twice as large as those of the Deluxe Rooms. Sleep deeply and relax in the jungle in our Deluxe Rooms. Our Deluxe Rooms include a variety of bed configurations, from king, queen, full, and twin. We will assign your room after booking based on your party size and preferences. ECO ROOMS - BUNKROOMS - NEW!

Enjoy our all new shared lodging experience for budget conscious groups & travelers. Bunk rooms sleep up to 8 guests in fully screened rooms. Each room has 8 bunkbeds, arranged in 4 sets of 1 lower bunkbed and 1 upper bunkbed. Each bed also has an area at the end of it to store your luggage.
