Reservations

Cancellations more than 90 days prior to the reservation: Will be issued a full transferable credit or fully refunded by Ríos Lodge less a 5% processing fee.

Cancellations made 45-90 days prior to reservation: May be rescheduled for a 10% rebooking fee, subject to the lodge’s availability. No refunds will be made.

Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the reservation: Are non-refundable

COVID-Related Cancellations:

COVID-Related Cancellations: COVID is a known and endemic issue, hence there are no refunds for COVID-related cancellations, within any time period. Ríos Lodge encourages all guests to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations in the event of COVID-related issues.

Additional Refunds Information

Weather-Related Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for weather-related issues, including flooding of the Pacuare River, since the lodge is capable of accommodating guests at the location even in adverse weather and/or with other complicating factors.

Force Majeure Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for causes attributable to force majeure or major and unpredictable nature or political events. However, the reservation date may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to the lodge’s availability.

Lodge Cancellations: All reservations canceled by Ríos Lodge will be issued a full transferable credit or refunded.
