Do you offer yoga classes or retreats?
While we don't have daily yoga classes, we do host yoga retreats throughout the year! You can check our events page to find upcoming yoga retreats. We also provide free yoga mats for guest use and have a covered yoga practice area at the lodge that guests are welcome to use during their stay.
Are there opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation?
Rios Lodge is designed as an escape from your everyday modern routine, surrounded by the beauty of Costa Rica's tropical rainforest. We have several wonderful natural pools for soaking, playing, and swimming at the base of waterfalls near the lodge. Hammocks are also available throughout common and private areas for ultimate relaxation.
What kind of food do you serve, and can you accommodate dietary needs?
We serve fresh, tropical meals with locally-sourced flavors and ingredients! All meals are included in your stay. Our team of expert chefs and kitchen staff are dedicated to providing delicious food that will keep you full and energized throughout your stay. Is there a spa or massage services available?
We do not have a spa, but we do have optional opportunities to book a massage in advance for your stay so you can be pampered with the sounds of the rainforest surrounding you.
