- Class III-IV whitewater rafting on the Pacuare River

Daily Itinerary (Highlights):
- Feb 7: Arrival in San Jose, hotel check-in, group orientation
- Feb 8: Transfer to Rios Lodge via class II-III rafting, welcome, and lodge orientation
- Feb 9–11: Guided writing, meditation, yoga/stretching, hiking, ziplining, tubing, Ayurveda workshops, and reflection sessions
- Feb 12: Raft Class III-IV section, return to San Jose, evening arrival
- Feb 13: Departure / independent travel day
