This will be a five day leadership retreat that will challenge participants physically, mentally and as leaders. Rios Lodge will serve as our base camp as we explore and grow as a team. It is fully booked through Teamworks and not available to the public.
Phil Kornachuk is the founder of StoneWater Training, a leadership development company blending elite military experience, academic research, and real-world application. A former Canadian Army soldier and U.S. Special Operations officer, Phil has spent over 30 years building and leading purpose-driven, value-based teams in complex environments around the world. He now works with executives, athletes, emergency services, and nonprofits to strengthen leadership, resilience, and performance. Known for his immersive, hands-on approach, Phil helps leaders navigate uncertainty, build trust, and unlock potential—equipping them to lead with clarity, courage, and calm under pressure.
